Who We Are
We started in 2011 with a frustration every Nigerian property buyer knows too well: land disputes, inflated prices and documents that vanish the moment money changes hands. Our founders — a team of estate surveyors, valuers and lawyers — set out to build the agency they wished existed.
Today, Wealthrise Nigeria Ltd handles property sales, letting, estate management, valuation and full brokerage services for families, corporate clients and diaspora investors. We are registered, licensed, and proud that the majority of our new clients arrive through referral.
